Management consulting · United Kingdom, with a Mumbai presence · Brand system, 15+ pitch decks, full collateral and dual-channel paid ads · A continuous engagement of about a year.
Marshall Ridge Consulting is a UK management consulting firm with a Mumbai presence, pitching against KPMG, Deloitte and McKinsey. Safar Spectrum Media built its enterprise brand system, a Deep Navy and Teal identity with a full typeface set, produced 15-plus presentation decks, designed the print and digital collateral, and ran Google Ads then Meta Ads in sequence. The engagement ran continuously for about a year.
No revenue or ROI figure is shown here on purpose. The source data confirms scope, duration and the standard of the relationship, and that is what this page reports.
Marshall Ridge Consulting runs a SaaS-style consulting model out of the UK, with a team presence in Mumbai. When the firm sits across the table from a prospective client, it is being compared, silently, to KPMG, Deloitte or McKinsey. That comparison happens before anyone has said a word about the actual work.
So the brief was about credibility, not decoration. The identity, the pitch decks and every leave-behind had to read as enterprise-grade to a B2B buyer. Anything that looked like a small local agency had made it would cost the firm trust in the room. On top of that, Marshall Ridge needed its paid acquisition handled properly: Google Ads first, then Meta Ads as the plan moved on, run by someone who knew the difference between the two and between boosting a post and running a real campaign in Ads Manager.
Safar Spectrum Media worked as the B2B branding agency and marketing partner for a consulting firm that had to look the part on day one. It is the same brand and performance work we run for every client, scaled up for an international consulting audience. The work split into four areas.
The starting point was research, not a moodboard. We pulled apart how the category leaders present themselves: the way KPMG, Deloitte and McKinsey use deep blues, restrained accent colour, generous white space and a single confident typeface. From that we built a Deep Navy and Teal palette and a type system with a clear job for each face. Inter, Manrope and DM Sans carry the on-screen decks. Montserrat Bold with Open Sans handles printed signage. The enterprise brand identity design was checked against that KPMG, Deloitte and McKinsey reference at every step, so the finished system could sit next to theirs without looking junior.
Consulting firms live and die by the deck. We produced more than 15 full presentation decks for client-facing pitches, all on one template system so the layout, chart style and hierarchy stayed identical from deck to deck. The point was that any consultant at Marshall Ridge could open the template, drop in a new case, and get something that still looked like the firm. Presentation deck design for a consulting company is really system design: fonts, grids and slide masters that hold up when someone in a hurry builds slide 40 at 11pm.
The same brand standard ran through every physical and digital piece, each one built so it would still feel enterprise-grade printed large or viewed on a phone:
Safar Spectrum Media also managed the firm's social media page, keeping its professional presence consistent with everything else.
Paid acquisition ran in two phases. Google Ads came first, catching buyers who were already searching for management consulting help. Later in the engagement the firm moved to Meta Ads as its strategy shifted toward building demand rather than only capturing it. We ran the channels one at a time on purpose. For a B2B firm with a considered sales cycle, splitting a modest budget across Google and Meta at once usually means neither channel gets enough data to work. Alongside the ad management, we sat in on marketing support and campaign planning as an ongoing advisory layer.
Here is where this case study is deliberately quiet. We are not going to put a revenue figure or an ROI multiple on this page, because the honest record of the engagement is about scope, length and standard, not a growth percentage we would have to reverse-engineer.
What is real: the relationship ran continuously for close to a year, which makes Marshall Ridge Consulting one of Safar Spectrum Media's longest single-client engagements. The brand system, the 15-plus decks and the full collateral set were delivered and went into active use for real client-facing consulting work, not left in a folder.
For a corporate branding agency in India whose other work is mostly Rajkot and Gujarat businesses, a year-long engagement with a UK consulting firm is the proof that matters here. Enterprise-grade branding for an international B2B client, executed and kept.
It starts with a benchmark. For Marshall Ridge Consulting, Safar Spectrum Media studied how KPMG, Deloitte and McKinsey use colour, type and space, then built a Deep Navy and Teal system with matching deck and signage typefaces. Every asset was checked against that reference before it went out.
Consulting decks carry the pitch, so they need a fixed grid, a clear type hierarchy and charts that read in seconds. For Marshall Ridge Consulting we built more than 15 full decks on one template system, using Inter, Manrope and DM Sans so any consultant could make a new deck without breaking the look.
Both, but rarely at the same time. Marshall Ridge Consulting started on Google Ads to reach buyers already searching for consulting help, then moved to Meta Ads later as the strategy shifted toward demand generation. Running them in sequence kept the budget focused on one channel at a time.
