The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are agreed separately with each client, typically over WhatsApp, call, or a written proposal, and take precedence over the general descriptions on this Site.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or copy content without our permission.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and design — is the property of Safar Spectrum Media or our clients (where shown as portfolio work) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client logos, brand assets, and photography shown in our portfolio remain the property of the respective clients and are displayed with their permission as examples of our work. Pricing, payment schedules, and invoicing terms for any project or retainer are agreed individually with each client before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advertising/ad-spend budgets are separate from and in addition to our service fees, and are billed directly by the relevant ad platform (e.g., Meta, Google) to the client's own payment method.
We apply industry best practices and our professional expertise to every project. However, digital marketing outcomes (such as leads, sales, reach, or engagement) depend on many factors outside our control — including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, and the client's own business operations. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific engagement.
Cancellation notice periods and any applicable refunds are set out in the specific agreement for each engagement. As a general policy, fees for work already completed or in progress, and any ad spend already committed or spent on advertising platforms, are non-refundable. Please refer to your specific service agreement or contact us for the terms that apply to your engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safar Spectrum Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our services often involve managing campaigns and accounts on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service, which we do not control. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or other actions taken by these third-party platforms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
