An imitation and bridal jewellery brand in Gujarat that had already paid one agency for an online store, and been handed a generic template app that never sold. SSM rebuilt it on Shopify and connected the website, Meta Ads and WhatsApp into one system.
NK Creation sells imitation jewellery from ₹199 and bridal pieces past ₹8,000. The brand's first store, built by another agency, came back as a generic template app that never sold, so it moved to Safar Spectrum Media. SSM built a new Shopify store with 34 products and 12 collections, a Maroon and cream brand identity, and a website, Meta Ads and WhatsApp connected as one system. The first ad tests ran on under ₹200 each while the funnel was proven.
Scope delivered: Shopify store build · brand identity · GIVA-style homepage · connected website, Meta Ads and WhatsApp · 6-month growth strategy · nano and micro-influencer research in Morbi.
NK Creation is a jewellery brand in Gujarat that runs on a price ladder. At the bottom sit imitation pieces from ₹199 to ₹999, the sort of earrings and sets people buy for one function. At the top sit handmade and bridal pieces that run past ₹8,000. The store lives at artnkcreation.com. The plan was always to bring a customer in low and move her up over time.
Before Safar Spectrum Media, the brand had already gone to another agency for an e-commerce build. What came back was a generic application, the kind almost anyone can assemble from a template. It did not sell. No automation, no real collection structure, nothing that followed up when a visitor left. It worked as a page that listed products and little else. NK Creation had paid for a store and received a catalogue. The bigger cost was not the fee, it was the months spent believing the store just needed more ad budget, when the store itself was the problem.
So the brief was an awkward one. The owner needed the thing she thought she'd already bought: a Shopify store with proper collections, SEO metadata and pricing rules, a brand identity that read like a jewellery label rather than a test shop, a plan to walk a ₹300 buyer toward a ₹3,000 one, and a website, Meta Ads and WhatsApp setup that actually spoke to each other.
The engagement covers the store build, the brand, a six-month growth plan and a small managed ad account, kept deliberately lean while the funnel is proven. It runs on the same connected-system thinking behind the rest of SSM's web and performance marketing work, tuned for a jewellery brand selling across a wide price range.
The store carries 34 live products. Each has three angle images, which comes to 102 product images, plus 11 matched lifestyle and model shots produced with AI product photography so every listing has context without a separate studio shoot for each piece. The 12 collections were built through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API with smart tag and pricing rules, so a new product drops into the right collections on its own. Full SEO metadata went on every product and collection, which is the groundwork for e-commerce SEO for jewellery that the previous build skipped.
NK Creation now has a defined palette: a deep Maroon at #4D1018 against a cream and yellow at #FEEBB3, applied across the storefront and the product pages. The homepage takes its cues from GIVA.co, with a five-banner rotating hero and a Shop by Category block near the top. The aim was for a first-time visitor arriving from an ad to read the page as a running jewellery brand, not a shop that opened last week.
The previous agency delivered the three pieces in isolation. SSM wired them together. The website feeds the ad account, the ad account sends people to WhatsApp, and WhatsApp automation follows up instead of letting a warm enquiry go cold. For a brand doing imitation jewellery digital marketing on a small budget, that follow-up loop is where most of the recoverable revenue sits.
The growth plan sets out Meta Ads, SEO, a content calendar, competitor analysis and the ladder strategy for moving imitation buyers toward bridal purchases. Alongside it, SSM ran nano and micro-influencer research in Morbi, the kind of Tier-2 and Tier-3 outreach that fits a brand at this budget, and lined NK Creation up as the first real match for SSM's Creator Partner programme. The playbook for marketing a jewellery brand on Instagram covers the content side in more detail.
This is a deliberately small account, so the numbers are small and that's the point. Nobody has scaled anything yet. The early spend went on proving the funnel converts before more money goes near it.
The clearest test so far ran over Navratri. A Meta Ads campaign produced 3 WhatsApp leads at ₹63.31 each on ₹189.94 of spend. That cost per lead is flagged internally as needing work, not held up as a benchmark. On a jewellery brand Meta Ads case study this early, an honest ₹63 lead is worth more than a made-up ₹15 one.
The more useful result was a diagnosis. When one campaign brought traffic but no sales, SSM traced it to the storefront rather than the ads: a countdown timer that had broken, and trust badges too thin to reassure a first-time buyer spending ₹1,500 on jewellery she can't hold. Those got fixed on the page. It's the same pattern behind most cases where Facebook ads spend money but bring no leads, and it's usually cheaper to fix the page than to raise the budget.
After the storefront-trust fixes, a separate paid-traffic test produced 21 add-to-carts in 4 hours on ₹193 of spend. Add-to-carts aren't sales. But for e-commerce conversion rate optimization on a brand this size, that jump in buying intent is the signal worth acting on.
What this page won't do is put a revenue figure or a return-on-ad-spend number next to any of that. Those aren't documented yet, and a small account is more useful reported straight. There's more jewellery work in the portfolio, and more case studies next to this one.
For NK Creation, SSM built 34 products with three angle images each, 102 product images and 11 lifestyle shots in total, then created 12 collections through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API with automatic tag and pricing rules. Full SEO metadata, a Maroon and cream brand palette and a five-banner homepage sat on top.
It looks at the storefront before the ad account. When one NK Creation campaign drew clicks but no sales, the cause was on the page: a broken countdown timer and thin trust badges. SSM fixed those storefront trust signals instead of raising the budget, and add-to-cart activity picked up soon after.
Less than most owners expect. Early on the job is to prove the funnel converts, not to chase volume, so NK Creation's tests ran small on purpose: a Navratri campaign on ₹189.94 and a separate add-to-cart test on ₹193, both kept deliberately under ₹200.
