Shivsagar Tours & Travels is a family-run travel agency in Rajkot and Bhavnagar selling seasonal package tours across pilgrimage and holiday routes. It needed steady leads, not occasional flyers. Safar Spectrum Media has run its Meta Ads, Instagram and WhatsApp as one always-on engine since February 2025. So far: 1.1M+ views, 917.7K accounts reached, follower growth of 380%, and 1,500+ leads — including 733 Meta leads in a single 30-day campaign at ₹14.28 to ₹18.12 each.
Shivsagar sells multi-day tours: Kerala, Himachal, Kashmir, Nepal, Char Dham, Ayodhya, Umrah. A customer books a trip worth several thousand rupees, to a place they have never seen, weeks before they travel. That only happens on trust, and occasional festival flyers do not build it.
Travel demand also moves in waves. Summer vacation, the Shravan pilgrimage season, Diwali, Janmashtami and the Khatu Shyam window each pull different buyers at different times of year. The agency's co-owners, Abhishek Suchak, Nidhi Suchak and Parth Reshmiya, needed something that stayed live through all of it, not a campaign that switched on for one good week and then went quiet.
There was a second problem sitting under the first. Cheap leads that never book are worse than no leads, because someone on the team still calls every one. So the brief for digital marketing for a travel agency here had two halves: build visible social proof, and bring in leads that are actually ready to talk.
SSM runs Shivsagar's paid lead generation month over month, not in bursts. Each season gets its own campaigns: Diwali and festive specials, summer departure packages, Umrah, Janmashtami, Khatu Shyam pilgrimage tours. Every ad uses a click-to-WhatsApp objective, so the budget optimises toward real conversations instead of page views. It is the same performance marketing approach SSM applies across its client accounts, pointed at a calendar that never really stops. This is what Meta Ads for tour operators looks like when it runs for years rather than weeks.
Instagram marketing for travel brands lives or dies on consistency. SSM set up a standardised 3x3 grid so the feed reads as one brand at a glance, built review carousels from real traveller feedback for social proof, and produced luxury bus and transport promo reels cut with voiceover. The feed is planned as a calendar in advance, not posted when someone on the team remembers to.
Tour package advertising in India is seasonal by nature, so the creative is too. SSM writes dedicated flyers and ad copy for Kerala, Goa, Rajasthan and Char Dham packages and refreshes them before each season opens, rather than reusing last year's assets with a new date pasted on top.
Every ad connects straight to WhatsApp click-to-chat. The bigger change was the opening message. SSM swapped the generic "Hi, tell me more" text for a pre-filled, high-intent one: "Interested in [tour], [number] pax, [month], from [city]. Details?" That cut low-intent "timepass" inquiries substantially, the same friction principle behind pre-filled WhatsApp and instant-form setups. Fewer conversations start, but the ones that do are closer to a booking.
Measured from the February 2025 handover, the account has passed 1.1M+ views and 917.7K accounts reached, with follower growth of 380%, and has brought in 1,500+ leads. None of that came from a single spike. It is spread across every major Indian travel season inside that window.
The sharpest single result is one 30-day growth campaign run across Bhavnagar and Rajkot in February and March 2025. Two ad sets brought in 733 Meta leads between them, one at ₹14.28 per lead and one at ₹18.12, while the same push drove 1.1 million views and 917.7K accounts reached in that month. The Instagram side of the account shows the same pattern across later windows: a 28-day period with 1.0M views and follows up 225%, an earlier one with 734.5K views (up 162%) and follower growth of 380%.
One caveat, stated plainly. The screenshots above cover different reporting windows and mix organic and paid results, so the figures are not additive — each panel is one period. The point they make together is about consistency held since early 2025, not one campaign's return.
For Shivsagar Tours & Travels, a Rajkot and Bhavnagar travel agency, SSM runs one always-on system: monthly Meta Ads for seasonal packages, a standardised Instagram 3x3 grid, review carousels from real traveller feedback, and WhatsApp click-to-chat on every ad. Since the February 2025 handover the account has passed 1.1M+ views, 917.7K accounts reached and 1,500+ leads.
Ongoing monthly management: seasonal creative for Diwali, summer, Umrah and pilgrimage tours, click-to-WhatsApp objectives, and copy written around each package. One 30-day growth campaign across Bhavnagar and Rajkot (February to March 2025) brought in 733 Meta leads at ₹14.28 to ₹18.12 per lead, alongside 1.1M views and 917.7K accounts reached in that window.
SSM replaced the generic "Hi, tell me more" opener with a pre-filled, high-intent message stating the tour, number of travellers, month and departure city. That one change cut low-intent "timepass" inquiries substantially, so the Shivsagar team spends its time on people who are close to booking.
