A healthy, high-protein cafe franchise out of Rajkot that needed everything at once: a website, a franchise rule book, ad campaigns and content. Safar Spectrum Media built and launched the whole system together.
Twing Cafe is a healthy, high-protein cafe franchise in Rajkot: protein shakes, protein ice cream and healthy bowls, not a coffee shop. It launched with no brand infrastructure. Safar Spectrum Media built everything from zero, a seven-page website live at twing.cafe, a 103-rule franchise rule book in Hindi, a Meta Ads lead campaign at ₹300 a day, and a Gujarati content system. Everything went live together.
Scope delivered: brand and website build · a 16-page franchise rule book · Meta Ads and SEO · a Gujarati reel and UGC content system · 20 print-ready wall-art frames.
Twing Cafe came to Safar Spectrum Media as an idea with a name and a menu, not a running business. The concept is a healthy, high-protein cafe serving healthy coffee and tea, protein shakes, protein ice cream, bowls and snacks, positioned as India's fastest-growing healthy cafe franchise and set up deliberately as not another coffee shop. There was no website, no franchise paperwork, no ad account doing anything, and no content.
A franchise sells two different things to two different people on the same day. One audience is the customer who might come in for a protein shake, reached through local social content and ads. The other is the person with capital who might buy a Twing Cafe outlet, reached through a real recruitment process. Miss either one and the model stalls.
The brand also arrived with language that could not move. The royalty is always written as "only 5% royalty," word for word, and that exact phrase had to sit on the website, in the rule book and in every ad the same way. When a brand is being built in several places at once, keeping a detail like that locked everywhere is its own piece of work.
Twing Cafe is the agency's most recent signing and, by choice, its smallest content footprint so far. The job was not volume. It was standing up a complete, working system fast: an F&B brand launch where the website, the ads and the franchise recruitment machinery all go live in the same window.
This was a full healthy cafe franchise branding and launch engagement, not a single service. The work splits into four parts, a website, a franchise governance document, a paid media plan and a content engine, and they were built in parallel so the launch never waited on any one of them. It runs on the same footing as the other brand and marketing engagements SSM handles.
The site at twing.cafe runs to seven pages: Home, About, Franchise Model, Virtual Cafe, Menu, Gallery, and an Apply/Contact page. It was built with Claude Code. Franchise Model and Apply/Contact are there for the recruitment audience; Menu and Gallery carry the customer side. This is cafe franchise website development where the sitemap itself has to serve two visitors with different questions.
SSM wrote Twing Cafe a formal franchise rule book: 103 numbered rules across 16 pages, delivered in Hindi so the franchisees who sign it can read it in the language they run their outlets in. It sets how a Twing Cafe location has to look, operate and represent the brand, including the "only 5% royalty" wording. A franchise without this document is a handshake. With it, there is something to hold an operator to.
The paid side is a Lead Generation campaign running at ₹300 a day, set up as month one of a three-phase plan. Month one is Meta Ads plus an SEO foundation. Month two adds retargeting for people who engaged but didn't enquire. Month three opens lookalike audiences and a full funnel. Starting a restaurant Meta Ads account in Rajkot at a small daily number is deliberate: it builds pixel data and audience history before the budget climbs.
Every franchise-focused social post ends the same way: DM or comment FRANCHISE. Not a link, not a landing page. The rule is deliberate. Franchise recruitment digital marketing works better when each lead lands in a conversation SSM can see and follow up on, instead of vanishing into a website form. A barista-avatar recruitment video is in production to sit at the top of that funnel.
The content engine is tuned for a Rajkot audience. There are two sets of three story-based, direct-to-camera reel scripts in Gujarati. There is a finished 17-clip UGC video put together on a Kling v3.0 AI pipeline. Under the paid campaigns, SSM runs continuous organic Instagram and Facebook posting, the day-to-day social media marketing for restaurants in Gujarat that keeps the page active between ad pushes. For the outlets, SSM designed 20 print-ready wall-art frames in two style sets, drawn in Canva rather than generated with AI because AI tools garble long menu text.
This is a scope-and-speed story, not a growth-percentage one. Twing Cafe is a recent signing, and there is no lead count or revenue figure in the data yet that would be honest to put on a page. What exists is the system itself, running: the website is live at twing.cafe, the ₹300-a-day campaign is active, the two sets of reel scripts and the 17-clip UGC video are finished, and the 103-rule franchise rule book is delivered.
The measure that counts at this stage is that a brand which was a name and a menu a short time ago now has every piece a franchise needs to start selling outlets: governance, a website, a recruitment funnel and a content pipeline, with the "only 5% royalty" language consistent across all of it. The barista-avatar recruitment video is the last piece still in production.
When the campaign has run long enough to report a cost per franchise enquiry and a customer lead volume, those numbers will go here. Publishing them now would mean inventing them. This F&B brand launch case study is about how quickly a complete system came together, and that part is on record.
More on the parts of this build: how to set up Meta lead form ads covers the campaign type behind the ₹300-a-day spend, and a content calendar template for a small business shows how the organic posting is planned. There is more cafe and F&B work in the portfolio, and more case studies alongside this one.
Part of the content pipeline is a cinematic brand film made with generative AI video: warm cafe atmosphere, coffee in motion, no on-camera actor. The shots where AI is weakest, faces and hands close up, simply are not in the cut. It was finished the normal way, edited to the beat with licensed sound and Twing Cafe's own type over the top.

For Twing Cafe, Safar Spectrum Media built every piece at once: a seven-page website at twing.cafe, a 103-rule franchise rule book in Hindi, a Meta Ads lead generation campaign at ₹300 a day, and a Gujarati reel and UGC content system. Nothing was carried over from an old brand. The whole system launched together.
Twing Cafe serves two audiences, so recruitment runs separately from customer marketing. It has a dedicated Franchise Model page and an Apply and Contact page on twing.cafe, a barista-avatar recruitment video in production, and one firm rule: every franchise post asks people to DM or comment FRANCHISE instead of visiting a link, so each lead stays in a trackable chat.
Yes, as a starting point. Twing Cafe's month-one campaign is a Meta lead generation objective at ₹300 a day, running alongside SEO groundwork. Month two adds retargeting, and month three adds lookalike audiences and a full funnel. A small budget early builds pixel data and audience history before the spend scales up.
